The GHT Apprenticeship Development system is an innovation of apprenticeship-style work-based learning to link the trainer, employer, and apprentice into a strategically designed training experience. 12 essential elements anchor the system delivering a holistic and robust model that results in a mastery achievement of competencies with a direct job application.

Each apprenticeship certificate, diploma, or advanced diploma is competency-based, leveraging the knowledge, skills, and behaviours from the National Occupation Classification (NOC) System, Industry & Professional Accreditations, and Employer Guild feedback. This means:

Each apprenticeship is supported throughout the training process in a 1:1:1 ratio; the faculty member, the supervisor, and themself. This means:

Includes occupations from customer service, sales & retail, and marketing.

Includes occupations from support and services, digital production, and data professionals.

At Guild House Tech, we offer apprenticeship certificates, diplomas, and advanced diplomas that are rigorously designed and curated to add value to your organization through work-based learning. Our human-centric support system, powered by technology, ensures that apprentice progress is visible to everyone and job duties are aligned with current and emergent strengths. Each apprentice is assigned a specific learning practitioner who guides them through the training plan with their direct supervisor. Apprentices have unlimited access to digital resources and can structure their learning each week.

An apprentice is your employee. They earn their credential through an integrated process of linking on-the-job context to competencies in a training plan. To ensure apprentices can achieve mastery in their efforts, each participant must commit 20% of their work hours to competency advancement until their complete their end-point assessment.
